In my last post on how to set up a PayPal account I may have misled you about what you can use it to do.
You see, this morning I discovered PayPal payment error 3148. It means the country that I am in does not facilitate incoming payments. Basically, Guyanese money is good enough to spend online but the Guyanese is not allowed to receive money through PayPal.
It seems like being in Guyana is literally compounding my ability to manage certain aspects of my financial life.

Actually I checked up on it. The reason we aren’t able to receive money is because of our banking system which according to paypal is not up to date enough to handle the process because of the time delay our banks take in processing… something to that effect
